Rancang Bangun Sistem Realtime Notification Progress To Customer Pada Divisi Body Dan Paint Di Pt. Agung Automall Sm. Amin Pekanbaru
PT. Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru is a branch of PT. Agung Automall is an automotive company with several divisions, including the Body & Paint (BP) division. The BP division is responsible for inspecting and repairing cars. Although BP's services are efficient and of high quality, there is an ineffectiveness problem that makes it difficult for customers to know the progress of their car service. Currently, customers have to ask the service advisor for this information. However, this system often causes human error, such as service advisors forgetting or being late in providing information to customers. This results in customer dissatisfaction, reducing the efficiency and quality of BP's services. Therefore, a system that can automatically send WhatsApp notifications regarding the progress of car service is needed. This system uses the WhatsApp API and is designed using the prototype development method. The research produces a Website-Based Real-Time Notification Progress System. The website will be demonstrated first, followed by filling out the UEQ form using ISO 25010 standards. The test results showed excellent performance in attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation, and good performance in efficiency and novelty. With automatic WhatsApp notifications, customers feel more valued and satisfied with BP's services.
