Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, initiated by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek), aims to provide all students with opportunities to enhance their skills in accordance with their talents and interests by directly engaging in the workforce as a step towards career preparation. The MBKM policy was introduced by Kemendikbudristek through the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, specifically in Articles 15 and 18. The MBKM program, particularly the MSIB component, recorded a total of 732 students participating from batches 2 to 6 at the University of Riau, with 213 students from the Faculty of Engineering, and 181 students from the Department of Electrical Engineering participating in the program. This high participation necessitates careful evaluation and improvement. Due to the large number of applicants, congestion occurs, creating queues and challenges in the approval process for the MBKM program. Additionally, the lack of a monitoring system means there is a need for a student monitoring system to ensure that students do not deviate from their concentration during the program. Another issue is the conversion of grades from the MBKM program to course grades, which requires considerable time as each student's performance must be reviewed individually. This system is tested using ISO 25010 to ensure efficiency in managing the MBKM program in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Riau.
