SD 001's student data management is still ineffective, as the school still employs conventional methods and has not adopted a mobile-based application system. Similarly, reporting student grades and activities, as well as attendance records to parents, is also inefficient. Parents only learn about these matters if students inform them. If students forget or fail to notify their parents about their activities, parents will not know their grades until the report card is taken. The purpose of this research is to develop an effective and reliable student learning monitoring system, thereby facilitating staff in managing student grades, activities, and attendance. In this research, the Research and Development (RnD) method with prototype development is used by the author. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are the development of an android-based learning process monitoring application or an effective and reliable student learning monitoring system, which facilitates staff in managing student grades, activities, and attendance. Based on the application testing using ISO 25010 standards, which include eight aspects such as functionality testing, reliability testing with an A rating, maintainability testing with an A rating, startup efficiency testing, portability testing on 10 Android handphones, compatibility testing, security testing with an A rating, and usability testing with a positive or good result.
