Analisa Usaha Penangkapan Ikan Di Cagar Biosfer Giam Siak Kecil-Bukit Batu Desa Lubuk Gaung Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau

This research was conducted in November 2023 in Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research has two objectives, namely describing the provisions of fishing activities in the Giam Siak Kecil-Bukit Batu Biosphere Reserve (GSKBB) and describing the provisions of fishing activities in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve and calculating investment, business income, total business costs, profits and revenue cost ratio (RCR) of fishing businesses in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve using fishing nets, lukah and hambat. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of respondents based on purposive sampling and totaled 12 respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed descriptively and analyzed investment, income, total costs, profits and revenue cost ratio (RCR). Research Results Fishermen are required to comply with all applicable licenses and regulations in fisheries activities in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve area. The average total investment spent was IDR 34,547,375. The average income of fishermen in the fishing business in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve is IDR. 76,052,500, -/year. The average total cost of fishing business in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve is IDR. 22,342,998. The average profit earned by fishermen who fish in the GSKBB Biosphere Reserve is IDR. 53,709,502, - / year. And the average Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) is 3.4 where RCR> 1.
