"Pengaruh Sifat Machiavellian, Time Budget Pressure, Komitmen Profesional Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Disfungsional Auditor (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Di Pekanbaru)"

This study aims to examine and re-analyze (1) the effect of Machiavellian nature on dysfunctional auditors, (2) the effect of time budget pressure on dysfunctional auditors, (3) the effect of professional commitment on dysfunctional auditors, and (4) the effect of job stress on dysfunctional auditors. . The population of this research is all public accounting firms (KAP) in Pekanbaru area as many as 8 KAP. The sample used in this study were 40 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sampling method. The method of data analysis in this research is using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using Warp-PLS software version 6.0. The results showed that the machiavellian nature had a positive effect on dysfunctional auditors, time budget pressure had a positive effect on dysfunctional auditors, professional commitment had a positive effect on dysfunctional auditors, and work stress had a positive effect on dysfunctional auditors. So, the conclusion of this study is that all hypotheses are accepted.
