ABSTRACT



This study aims to test and analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavior intention to use SI APIK and its impact on use behavior. The population in this study were owners or managers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study were 400 MSMEs owners or managers in Pekanbaru City in accordance with the criteria that have been determined. The data used in this study are primary data using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SmartPLS Version 4.0.9.6. The results of this study indicate that the variables of performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions affect the behavior intention, effort expectancy has no effect on the behavior intention, and behavior intention affects the use behavior of using SI APIK in MSMEs in Pekanbaru City.
