ABSTRACT

This research was motivated by an increase from the previous year but was based on the development of weak human resources that had an impact on the development of MSME performance. This study aims to test and prove the influence of Human Resource Competence, Marketing Strategy, E-commerce Implementation, Financial Knowledge and Financial Inclusion on MSME Performance in Meranti Islands Regency. The samples used amounted to 85 MSMEs and then analyzed using Warp PLS version 8.0. The results of the study concluded that Human Resource Competence, Marketing Strategy, E-commerce Implementation, Financial Knowledge affect MSME Performance, while Financial Inclusion does not affect MSME Performance in Meranti Islands Regency.
