Analisis Spasial Daerah Resapan Air Di Pulau Tebing Tinggi Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 10 Tahun 2015 Dan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Nomor 10 Tahun 2022
ABSTRACT
Water catchment areas are very important to preserve groundwater resources and create an equilibrium of environmental water resources, water catchment areas are affected by changes in the environment. The rapid development of technology, especially in the field of remote sensing, makes it possible to manage spatial data on the potential of water catchment areas. Tebing Tinggi Island is oneof the islands in Meranti Regency, the occurrence of annual flooding in this island area and the duration of water to recede can be caused by the lack of water absorption levels on this island. Therefore, the mapping of water catchment areas on Tebing Tinggi Island was carried out using spatial data and based on two different ministry regulations, this research was carried out bycombining several maps (overlay)and scoring techniques from 4 parameters, namely land use, rainfall, soil typeand slope using strugess intervals resulting in 5 classifications namely good conditions, natural normal, starting to be critical, critical and very critical. The results show a difference in the level of water infiltration from the two regulations, based on the Minister of PUPR regulations for good conditions of 364,27 km2 (22,80%), natural normal conditions of 1.233,35 km2 (77,20%), while for the results of the Minister of LHK regulations for good conditions amounted to 222,19 km2 (13,91%), normal natural conditions amounted to 1.252,75 km2 (78,41%), starting critical conditions amounted to 122,67 km2 (7,68%). It can be concluded that the water catchment area on Tebing Tinggi Island has varying levels of infiltration and in general is still in very good condition.
