One of the violence problems in the law on the Elimination of Domestic
Violence article 1 paragraph 1 is sexual violence in the household. Based on what
is stated in article 8, it states that sexual violence is forced sexual relations between
people who live together or people within their household with other people for
commercial purposes. This research design uses Visum et Repertum (VeR).
Retrospective descriptive research method on victims of domestic sexual violence
in Pekanbaru City for the 2020 - 2022 period who were examined at Bhayangkara
Pekanbaru Hospital. The number of cases of domestic sexual violence in this study
was 30 cases and the most occurred in 2021 (40%). All victims in this study were
female (100%) in the age group 12 – 16 years (53.3%). Most perpetrators are
stepfathers (70%). The most common injury location was the hymen (60%) with
blunt force (76.7%). The condition of the victim's genitalia included the large lips
of the genitals, the small lips of the genitals and the hymen. The patient was found
to have no wounds (90%), no wounds (83.3%) and > 1 tear (old tear to the base
and no old tear). to basic) as much as (33.3%). The condition of the anus of most
victims was no abnormalities (86.7%). The largest number of sending police
agencies requesting VeR creation was the Pekanbaru City Police Department
(53.3%).
