PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PRODUK SKIN CARE MS GLOW DI KOTA PEKANBARU
MS Glow is a local beauty brand that provides a variety of facial care
products for women and is even available for men according to skin needs. MS
Glow, founded in 2013, has 9 aesthetic clinic branches spread across major cities
in Indonesia. This MS Glow product is equipped with BPOM RI and a halal
certificate. MS Glow products have succeeded in winning the hearts of consumers
because they are considered capable of meeting facial skin needs. The aim of this
research is to see the influence of price, product quality and brand image on
satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at MS Glow Skin Care, Pekanbaru
City. The population in this study is MS Glow consumers in Pekanbaru City aged
17 years and over whose number is unknown. The sample size was taken using the
formula Hair, et al which obtained a sample of 110 people. The analytical method
used is path analysis using the SPSS 26 program. The research results show that
price, product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on
consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and
significant effect on consumer loyalty. Price, product quality and brand image
also have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through customer
satisfaction.
