PENGARUH PELATIHAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS BAGAN PUNAK KECAMATAN BANGKO KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR

This study aims to determine the influence of training, organizational
culture and personality on the competence of employees of the Bagan Punak
Health Center, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The type of research used
is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all
employees at the Bagan Punak Health Center, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir
Regency which amounted to 73 people. The sampling technique uses the slovin
formula, so that the sample obtained is 62 people. The data were collected with
the help of questionnaires and then the data was processed with multiple linear
regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. Research results
were obtained that training, organizational culture and personality affect
employee competence. Training affects employee competence. Organizational
culture affects employee competence and personality affects employee competence
