ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK ANTRIAN DAN NILAI KERUGIAN PELAKU PERJALANAN (Studi Kasus: Preservasi Jalan Sudirman – MA. Lembu)
The road opening and closing system aims to enable construction work to b
carried out safely, but the system has an impact on traffic and mobility of road users, causing
congestion. This congestion causes delays and queues of vehicles. So road users spend more to buy
foel and spend more time traveling. The aim of this research is to analyze the characteristics of
queues and predict the value of jpsses experienced due to queues. In this research, the fuel
consumption methods used are the ATIS-India and LAP! ITB methods. The results of the analysis show
.that the queue graph type of distribution pattern obtained is in the form of
negative-exponential distribution pattem (Poisson distribution).Thus,based on the M/M/1 queuing
model, the average number of vehicles in the system (n) is 11 PCU, the average queue length (Lq) is
10 PCU, the average time used (d) is 0.001 and the average waiting time (W) is 0.0009. The cost of
travel losses on the Jalan Marpoyan - Kuansing Border section in the East to West direction using
the ATIS India method was recorded at JDR 99.64for motorbikes, JDR 665.13for light
vehicles and IDR 586.07 for heavy vehicles. Meanwhile, in the West to East direction, the recorded
fee is !DR 99.18 for motorbikes, !DR 689.78 for light vehicles and!DR 609.20 for heavy
vehicles.Apart from that, the cost of travel losses that occurred in the East to West direction
using the LAPI-JTB method wa recorded at JDR 146.89 for motorbikes, !DR 812.43for light vehicles
and IDR
476.65for heavy vehicles. Meanwhile, in the West to East direction, the recorded

]or heavy vehicles. It can be concluded that road preservation activities using a
road opening and closing system can result in increased travel costs.
