"PENGARUH SUHU ANNEALING PADA SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI BAHAN FEROELEKTRIK (0,5)BaTiO3-(0,5)Ba(Zr0,5Ti0,5)O3 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SOL-GEL SEBAGAI KAPASITOR KERAMIK MULTILAYER (MLCC)"

The rapid development of technology and science, especially in the field of electronics, has made ferroelectric materials a material that attracts a lot of attention. One of the growth of thin layers is the sol-gel method. A thin layer of (0,5)BaTiO3 - (0,5)Ba(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3) has been made using the sol-gel method on an FTO substrate prepared by spin coating process. A thin layer of (0,5)BaTiO3 - (0,5) Ba(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3) is made using variation in annealing temperature of 700⁰C, 750⁰C, and 800⁰C. The thin layer samples were then characterized using UV-Vis, XRD, FESEM, and Impendance Spectroscopy. The characterization results show the effect of temperature on the thickness of the thin layer of each sample. The energy band gap values from the samples obtained were 3.73 eV, 3.07 eV, and 2.50 eV. X-ray diffraction peaks showed that the sample had a tetragonal structure with a crystal size of 532.0539 nm at 700°C, but 750°C and 800°C did not form crystals. The morphology of the sample showed that the granular surface increased to 463.08 ± 76.45 nm, 562.60 ± 83.89 nm and 954.13 ± 109.65 nm. The capacitance values of the samples at frequency of 100 Hz are 8.15 x104 F, 8.19 x104 F, and 8.78 x104 F, with dielectric constant values of 3571, 3544, and 3421 at the frequency of 100 Hz, dielectric loss values of 0.041, 0.046 and 0.053 at the frequency of 100 Hz. This confirms the BT-BZT sample can be used properly as a Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC).
