Analisis Rantai Pasok Ikan Senangin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum) di Desa Tanah Merah Kecamatan Tanah Merah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau
This study aims to analyze the mechanism of product flow, information flow and financial flow in the senangin fish (Eleutheronema tetradactylum) supply chain from Tanah Merah Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency; and analyze the network structure formed by entities involved in the supply chain. The study was conducted in October 2023 using an in-depth interview method using a qualitative approach. Informants were determined using the snowball sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the flow of senangin fish products was spread across 4 provinces in Sumatra Island. The payment system was carried out in cash, bank transfers, and loans. The selling price of senangin fish at the fisherman level was IDR 45,000/kg, while the final consumer purchase price ranged from IDR 55,000-70,000/kg. The information that flows includes product availability, price, delivery, demand, changes in demand, and constraints. There are 5 entities in the supply chain, namely fishermen, tauke, collectors, retailers, and end consumers who form 3 chains. The longest chain structure consists of 5 entities and the shortest 3 entities. The highest farmer's share value in chain 3 of 81.8% indicates the most efficient marketing chain. It is recommended that fishermen maintain production consistency, for employers to increase market reach, for the government to provide policy support, and for further research related to supply chain performance.
