Gambaran Warna Scratch Test Intra Operasi Terhadap Vitalitas Flap Bedah Mikro Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Periode 2023 - 2024
The success of microsurgery in tissue reconstruction greatly depends on the vitality of the transferred flap. The scratch test is a commonly used evaluation method to assess flap perfusion during surgery, which is crucial for minimizing the risk of tissue necrosis. Although this method has been widely used, an objective standard for interpreting scratch test color has not yet been established, especially in the context of hospitals in Indonesia. This study is a descriptive-analytic study using a cross-sectional method to examine the intraoperative scratch test color at the stages of harvesting, anastomosis, and closing defect, based on the red HEX color palette, and to investigate the relationship between scratch test color at these three intraoperative stages and flap vitality at Arifin Achmad Hospital for the period 2023—2024. This study used 37 patient medical records that met the inclusion criteria. Of these 37 samples, the scratch test colors at the harvesting, anastomosis, and closing defect stages showed a bright red color, #e60000, in 36 patients (97.3%), with flap vitality achieved in 33 flaps (89.2%). Statistical tests indicated no significant relationship between scratch test color at each surgical stage and flap vitality (p=0.108).
