Hubungan Obesitas Terhadap Komplikasi Sindrom Hellp Pada Pasien Preeklampsia di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2019-2022
Preeclampsia is a medical condition that occurs during pregnancy, characterized by elevated blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg, accompanied by proteinuria and/or organ damage after 20 weeks of gestation. One risk factor for preeclampsia is obesity prior to pregnancy. It is essential for pregnant women to undergo regular check-ups to detect and manage preeclampsia early, thereby reducing the risk of serious complications such as HELLP syndrome (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzymes, and Low Platelets). HELLP syndrome is a severe complication of preeclampsia marked by hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and a decrease in platelet count.
