Gambaran Kinerja Input Posyandu Dalam Rangka Percepatan Pencegahan Stunting Di Kelurahan Tanjung Rhu

Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Effort managed from, by, for, and with the community, to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services. Posyandu is classified into 4 strata, namely pratama, madya, purnama and mandiri. Currently, Posyandu in Tanjung Rhu Village itself has 10 active posyandu with 9 purnama strata posyandu and 1 mandiri strata posyandu. Posyandu Tanjung Rhu Village has experienced a decrease in strata due to the covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the input performance of posyandu based on 3 components: infrastructure, posyandu cadres, and operational assistance at the Posyandu in Tanjung Rhu Village. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique with a total of 10 integrated health service posts and Lima Puluh Health Center. Data were collected through guided interviews. Analysis was carried out using descriptive percentage data analysis techniques. The study results showed that input performance of posyandu based on the infrastructure and posyandu cadres components was considered good with a percentage of 86% and 81% respectively. In contrast, the operational assistance component was categorized as moderate with a percentage of 63%.
