Skrining SDIDTK (Stimulasi Deteksi Dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang) Anak Usia 37-60 Bulan Di Kampung Pinang, Perhentian Raja – Riau
Background: Children aged 37-60 months are preschool children. During this period, children experience a critical period as a foundation for their future growth and development. The problem of deviations in children’s growth and development remains unresolved from year to year. Kampar Regency occupies the fourth position with the highest number of stunting cases in Riau Province, 25.7%. Kampung Pinang is included locus with 20.1%.
Objective: SDIDTK screening was carried out on children aged 37-60 months in Kampung Pinang, Perhentian Raja – Riau, so that a picture of the child’s growth and development could be seen.
Method: This research is a descriptive cross sectional study.
Results: In the growth status of children using BB/U indicator, the results showed that 18 children (45%) had normal weight according to age, 13 children (32.5%) were underweight, 8 children (20%) were very underweight, and the risk of being overweight in 1 children (2.5%). Then for TB/U indicator, the results showed that the height of normal was 21 children (52.5%), 10 children (25%) were short, and 9 children (22.5%) were very short. Meanwhile, indicators of BB/TB, showed that 25 children (62.5%) were well nourished, 6 children (15%) were malnourished
(15%), 2 children (5%) were obese and over nutrition of 1 child (2.5%). Regarding the developmental status of children using the KPSP, the results showed that 30 children (75%) had age-appropiate development, 9 children (22.5%) had possible deviations. Then, based on the TDD and TDL, each obtained results of 40 children (100%) had age-appropiate hearing and good vision.
