Skrining Sdidtk (Stimulasi, Deteksi, Dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang) Bayi Usia 0-12 Bulan Di Kampung Pinang, Perhentian Raja-Riau
The first year of life from the fetal to one year is a critical period for primary growth and development. Age 0-12 months or infancy is the age of rapid growth and development, the maturation process that takes place continuously, and the process of adjustment to the environment occurs. Kampung Pinang Village as one of the fostered villages of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Riau carries out monthly posyandu for infants to check body weight, body length, and head circumference so it focuses more on the growth aspect while the examination of infant development has not been carried out. This study aimed to conduct SDIDTK screening (stimulation, detection, and early intervention) so description of the growth and development of infants aged 0-12 months in Kampung Pinang Village can be seen. This study is a descriptive cross- sectional study conducted from September-November 2024 on 25 infants. The characteristics of this study is the majority of infants were female, 14 (56%) infants and the largest age range was 9-12 months, 10 (40%) infants. The growth status of weight according to age (BB/A) was normal for 25 (100%) babies, body length according to age (PB/A) was normal for 21 (84%) babies. For body weight according to body length (BB/PB), head circumference according to age, and upper arm circumference according to age (Lila/A), the results were normal for 25 (100%) babies. The development status according to age according to the pre-screening development questionnaire (KPSP) and modified hearing test sheet (TDD) was 22 (100%) babies.
