Hubungan Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Komunikasi Penduduk Dengan Partisipasi Penduduk Dalam Program Rehabilitasi Mangrove di Desa Pulau Cawan Provinsi Riau

This research was carried out from March to April 2024 in Pulau Cawan Village, Mandah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province with the aim of analyzing knowledge, attitudes and communication, participation, the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and communication of the population with population participation in the mangrove rehabilitation program. The method used is a survey method with 30 Heads of Families (KK). Likert Scale and Spearman Rank Analysis are used to answer the research objectives. The results of the study are that the knowledge of the population in the mangrove rehabilitation program in Pulau Cawan Village is very good, as evidenced by their understanding of the use of the mangrove rehabilitation program, understanding the mangrove rehabilitation program, analyzing the mangrove rehabilitation program and the attitude of the population in the mangrove rehabilitation program is also very good, as evidenced by personal experience in the mangrove rehabilitation program, the influence of other people who are considered important in the mangrove rehabilitation program, the influence of culture in the mangrove rehabilitation program, then the communication of the population in the mangrove rehabilitation program is also very good, as evidenced by the pleasure in the mangrove rehabilitation program, social relations in the mangrove rehabilitation program, and taking action in the mangrove rehabilitation program. The participation of the population in the mangrove rehabilitation program is well proven by decision making in the mangrove rehabilitation program, implementation in the mangrove rehabilitation program, utilization in the mangrove rehabilitation program, and evaluation in the mangrove rehabilitation program. The relationship between knowledge, attitudes and communication of the population with the participation of the population in the Mangrove rehabilitation program in Pulau Cawan Village tends to be weak and most are not statistically significant. This suggests that other factors may be more influential in determining it. Further research is needed to identify these factors and understand the complex dynamics in the Mangrove rehabilitation program in Pulau Cawan Village.
