This research aims to determine the interaction of giving cow biourine fertilizer and NPK fertilizer, the effect of giving cow biourine fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in Main nursery and to get the best dose combination.This research was carried out at the Technological Islamic Boarding School Land, Kulim, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru, Riau and was carried out for 5 months. Research Method This research was carried out experimentally using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is cow biourine consisting of 4 levels, namely B0 = 0 ml per polybag, B1 = 100 ml per polybag, B2 = 150 ml per polybag, B3 = 200 ml per polybag. The second factor is that NPK fertilizer consists of 3 levels, namely N1 = 5 g per polybag, N2 = 7,5 g per polybag, N3 = 10g per polybag. The parameters used were increase in seed height, increase in tuber diameter, increase in leaf width, increase in leaf length, and increase in the number of midribs. The research results showed that giving 150 ml of cow biourine fertilizer per polybag increase plant height. Providing 7,5 g NPK fertilizer per polybag increase plant height, tuber diameter, leaf width, leaf length, and number of fronds. The interaction of giving cow biourine fertilizer and NPK fertilizer did not have an influence on all parameters observed in oil palm seedlings main nursery.
