Analisis Sistem Ketahanan Pangan Di Provinsi Riau

The purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the food security status of the food availability in Riau Province, 2) to analyze the food security status of the food affordability in the Province of Riau, 3) to analyze the food security status of the food use aspect of the Province of Riau, and 4) to analyze the food safety index in the Province of Riau. The method used in this study is the study of literature by collecting secondary data. The study shows that the food supply of food from the food supply of cereals at 4,98, would be the food demand in the Province of Riau 5 (five) times more than the power of the Province of Riau to produce food and thus fall into the condition of its food-supply supply in the Province of Riau. The aspect of the food affordability in Riau Province has food security in the category of reasonably food-resilient. The aspect of the food use in Riau Province has food security in the category of fairly food-resilient. The food security index in Riau Province is at food-resilient status.
