Analisis Persaingan Usaha Pupuk Organik Pada Badanusahamilikdesa(Bumdes)Rezekibersama Desapancurangadingkecamatantapung Kabupaten Kampar
This research was conducted at the village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) Mandi Gading. The aim of this research is to analyze how competitive the organic fertilizer business is in Pancuran Gading Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency using Porter analysis.
The The analytical method used is the Porter Five Force Model. Porter's five forces model is used as a tool to analyze the industrial competitive environment.
The results of this research show that based on the results of the Porter Five Force Model, namely: (1) There are four organic fertilizer industry businesses in the village of Mandi Gading that have no local competitors. This indicates that competition between the same companies is low. (2) that there are no new entrants or new companies as a threat to the organic fertilizer industry in the village of Mandi Gading. Several factors that become obstacles to the entry of new entrants are initial capital, business licensing, and a wide distribution network. (3) raw material suppliers such as oil palm farmers have weak bargaining power. (4) by providing good service and product quality, as well as all forms of convenience provided to customers such as ease of ordering. (5) The main substitute product in this industry is chemical fertilizer. (6) government policy towards the organic fertilizer industry. BUMDes mutual sustenance in developing the organic fertilizer industry is still weak because there is no policy from the Kampar Regency government regarding the development of the organic fertilizer industry.
