Profil Kasus Perempuan Korban Kekerasan Seksual Dengan Kekerasan Fisik Periode 2019-2023 Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru
Sexual violence is an act that violates human rights and applicable legal norms. Sexual violence is a sexual crime characterized by forced intercourse involving violence and threats against a woman. This study aims to identify the profile of women victims of sexual violence with physical violence during the period of 2019- 2023 at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru. The research design used was a retrospective descriptive analysis of Visum et Repertum (VeR) data on women victims of sexual violence with physical violence from 2019-2023 at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru. The data of this study were analyzed using univariate analysis for each research variable. The total number of sexual violence cases with physical violence against women was 94 cases, with an age range of 0-18 years (73,40%). The sexual violence cases occurred most frequently among students (65,96%), with the highest distribution of victim-perpetrator relationships being acquaintances with no blood relation (80,85%). The condition profile of the victims’ genitalia included the labia majora, labia minora, and hymen, based on form and time of examination, sequentially showing no injuries (51,93%), no injuries (61,22%), tears reaching the base and not reaching the base (45,74%), and old tears (67,02%). In the examination results, it was found that all physical violence was caused by blunt trauma experienced by the victims (100%).
