Tingkat Pengetahuan Kehamilan Remaja Siswa-Siswi Sma Negeri 1 Pekanbaru Tahun 2024

Knowledge is everything that is known about something that is obtained from experience and information that will increase and then be interpreted by the senses and will greatly affect a person's attitude. Teenage pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurs at a young age which is very risky for all aspects of a person's life, be it health, economic, social, to psychological aspects. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of teenage pregnancy of students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru in 2024. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive design and uses a cross-sectional approach. There are 226 samples divided into three classes, namely classes X, XI, XII, each class is taken two classes with the most students using proportional sampling techniques. The results of the data analysis show that the level of knowledge of teenage pregnancy, both definitions, causes, risks, impacts and prevention are in the good category. The conclusion of this study is that the level of knowledge of teenage pregnancy of students of SMAN 1 Pekanbaru is good.
