Skrining Sdidtk (Stimulasi, Deteksi Dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang) Anak Usia 13-36 Bulan Di Kampung Pinang, Perhentian Raja-Riau
Toddlers aged 12-36 months are in a critical growth and development phase, often referred to as the "golden period." This stage requires focused attention due to rapid growth in physical, psychomotor, mental, and social aspects. The SDIDTK program supports comprehensive child development through early stimulation, detection, and intervention. Kampung Pinang, a foster village under the FK UNRI’s Kampung Pelita Medika program, has been identified as a stunting-prone area in Kecamatan Perhentian Raja. This study aims to examine the outcomes of SDIDTK screening for children aged 13-36 months in Kampung Pinang, Perhentian Raja, Riau, to assess toddler growth and development A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted in Kampung Pinang. The sample included children aged 13-36 months. The results of this research most children were aged 31-36 months (44.2%), while the lowest represented age groups were 19-21 and 22-24 months (4.7%). Females comprised 55.8% of the sample, with males at 44.8%. In terms of weight, 74.4% were in the normal range, while 2.3% were at risk for overweight. For height, 81.4% were normal, with 9,3% height very short and short. Based on weight-for-height, 79.1% were well-nourished, with 2.3% at risk of overweight. Normal head circumference was seen in 93% of children, with 7% having microcephaly. According to KPSP, 79,1% showed age-appropriate development, and 7% had potential developmental delays. TDD results indicated 83.7% had normal hearing, with 16.3% potentially experiencing hearing delays. While TDL results showed 100% had good vision.
