Gambaran Kelengkapan Petugas Dalam Pengisian Informed Consent Kasus Penganiayaan Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru
Informed Consent is a medical procedure consent form given to the patient or their family after receiving complete explanatory information regarding the medical procedures to be performed on the patient. The informed consent form serves as a legal guarantee if any inconsistencies occur during the procedure. The researcher found that many informed consent forms were not filled out completely. The objective of this study is to identify the profile of officer compliance in filling out informed consent for abuse cases at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru in the 2022 period. The research method was a Retrospective Descriptive analysis of informed consent data. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis for each research variable. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling, resulting in 267 samples according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The filling out of informed consent for abuse cases was still not 100%. Many items on the informed consent form were incomplete, with the most frequent being the information type items. For the information provision items, the highest complete filling was 191 (71,5%) and the highest incomplete filling for the recipient of information items was 83 (31%). The authentication filling on the informed consent items showed that the highest complete filling was for the patient’s/responsible party’s signature (100%), while the highest incomplete filling was for the patient identity items (90,3%). The overall completeness of informed consent filling for abuse cases at Bhayangkara Hospital of Pekanbaru in the 2022 period showed that 261 (97,8%) out of 267 forms were incomplete.
