The study was aimed to analyze the effect of trust, commitment, information technology mediated by relationship quality on the performance of the white shrimp supply chain in Dumai City. This research was conducted in April 2024. The variables used in this study were trust, commitment and information technology as independent variables, supply chain performance as the dependent variable and relationship quality as the mediating variable. This study uses a survey method using cause relationship research. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire. Data from the five variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) version 4.0. The sampling technique using the census method. The number of samples used in this research was 59 respondents from white shrimp fishermenand agents. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of trust and commitment has a positive effect on supply chain performance. Information technology does not have a positive effect on supply chain performance. Trust and commitment have a positive effect onthe quality of relationships. The quality of the relationship has a positive effect on supply performance
