Pengaruh Motivasi kerja dan Iklim sekolah terhadap Profesional Guru Matematika SMAN kota Pekanbaru
This research examines the relationship between work motivation, school climate, and professionalism of mathematics teachers at State Senior High Schools (SMAN) in Pekanbaru City. This research aims to identify how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors, combined with the overall school environment, influence the teaching practices and professional behavior of educators. Using a quantitative research approach, data is collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical methods. The findings show a significant positive correlation between work motivation and a conducive school climate with a higher level of teacher professionalism. These findings provide valuable implications for education policy and school management, emphasizing the importance of creating a supportive and motivating environment to improve teacher performance and educational outcomes.In this research, according to the results of the analysis and research conclusions, basically to understand and formulate research implications, in this case there is a significant influence on work motivation and school climate. All of this can ultimately increase teacher professionalism. Efforts in relation to increasing teacher professionalism through increasing work motivation and improving the school climate Some efforts that must be made to increase teacher professionalism are that the principal holds activities that can improve the school climate with fellow school members and the principal can also hold teacher achievement competitions in order to increase teachers' self-motivation in working so that each teacher can increase their professionalism.
