This study aims to describe the influence of principal leadership and Adversity Quotient on teacher performance. The type of research used in this study is correlational research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency. The research subjects were 75 PAUD teachers. To analyze the research data, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression were used.
Based on the results of the study, it is known that: 1) There is a significant influence of principal leadership on the performance of PAUD teachers in XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency.
