The study aims to analyze the characteristics of visitors, the socio-economic factors that influence tourist demand, and estimate the economic value of Agrowisata Matanaga Farm. The research is carried out using skinative analysis methods, spearman rank analysis, and the travel cost method. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of visitors dominated college education in the age range of 31–50 years, dominated by female sex, with the job of a householder, and had a relatively high variation of household income. The economic value of Agrowisata Matanaga Farm of Rs829.345.007/year is an economic value for natural resources and the environment of Agrovisata Farm that has not been considered by the managers. This condition indicates that Matanaga Farm has a higher value than the actual market value.
