Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru has a vision, mission, goals and strategic plans which aim to improve information technology in terms of services, and management of data and information processes. However, the Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru has problems regarding the implementation of information technology governance, namely that the service facilities and infrastructure are not yet optimal because the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) does not fully meet the needs of service units and there are staff who still make human errors in their use. system. This research discusses information technology governance at the Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru with the aim of obtaining an expected assessment of the current implementation of information technology governance with the current state of implementation. The method used in this research is the COBIT 5 framework which focuses on information technology governance. This research focuses on process domains APO07, DSS01 and MEA01. The APO07 domain result is with a capability value of 1.21 (L). Meanwhile, the DSS01 domain results are with a capability value of 1.4 (L). And the MEA01 domain results are with a capability value of 1.37 (L). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the level of information technology governance achieved by the Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru is level 1 for the three domains, namely APO07, DSS01 and MEA01. Overall, the implementation of information technology governance at the Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Kota Pekanbaru can achieve the desired goals if information technology governance can be implemented properly in accordance with established policies or rules.
