Fungsi Keluarga Wanita Karier Di Smkn 1 Dan 2 Kota Pekanbaru
Career women are women who want to do gainful work. Working women who perform the dual roles of housework and social responsibility must be able to manage their time in order to fulfill these two roles effectively. Working women can allocate their time better to household tasks, especially family tasks. This study aims to find out the level of realization of family activities and the factors that support the realization of family activities with the help of Emile Durkheim's work theory. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a field research approach. The population of this study is professional women who work as teachers, are married and have children between the ages of 1 month and 16 years. Both primary and secondary data use observational techniques, questionnaires and documents. The information was obtained using a questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed using quantitative description techniques with data processing methods, which include editing, coding, tabulating and calculating the minimum and average values presented in the table. The research results show that the implementation rate of women's family tasks is high, and the factors that support the implementation of family tasks are knowledge in total 1,681 and supporting families in total 3,895.
