This research aims to determine the feasibility test of organic compost fertilizer based on young coconut waste at BUMDes Pandau Jaya Siak Hulu. The types of data used in this research are primary data was and secondary data. The Primary data was obtained directly from research respondents throught interviews, quetionaires and documentation methodhs. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained throught references and research journals. The data analysis method used in the research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to examine and describe all data regarding legal aspects, market aspects, technical aspects, socio-economi aspects and environmental aspects. Then a quantitative analysis that displays mathematical models to see the feasibility of an organic fertilizer business from young coconut waste raw materials seen from the financial aspect of finance which concerns expenditure and income from the implementation using the formula Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate Return, and Payback Period. The Results of the research based on no-financial aspects show that organicfertilizer as a raw material; for young coconut waste from BUMDes Maju Jaya, Pandau Jaya Village Siak Hulu is feasible to implement. Based on the financial aspect, the NPV value meet the criteria, namely greater than zero, meaning that the organic fertilizer industry players make profits and have good income and really help the economy of the industry players. Throught the calculation of the BC Ratio, organic fertilizer business actors, the raw material for young coconut waste, has met the criteria with a value > 1, which means that they have quite large financial income potential and are very helpful to the economy of the industry players. Through calculations, the internal rate of return (IRR) of the seventeen fish food business is higher than the interest rate > 15%. This shows that the organic fertilizer home industry has good prospects/Opportunities so that this business is worth running. And the payback period (PP) calculation has good prospects and is worth carrying out.
