One of the uses of additional mixtures in concrete is Bestmittel, which is included in the type E group (water reducing and accelerating admixture) which can speed up hardening, reduce water consumption and increase workability. Among the additional materials for this purpose are additional materials with brand names. Besmittel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding Besmittel to concrete. A certain amount of Besmittel is added to the concrete and used as a test specimen. The effect of Besmittel on concrete was evaluated by testing specimens at the ages of 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days. The concrete test object is cylindrical with dimensions of 15 cm in diameter and 30 cm in height. Test objects are prepared as many as 3 samples per imaging age. From the test results, the compressive strength of normal concrete at 28 days was 25.18 MPa and the compressive strength of Bestmittel concrete at 28 days was 31.03 MPa. On the seventh day, the test object produced a compressive strength of 23.77 MPa. This was 94% of the concrete strength achieved in 28 days, namely 25 MPa. The experimental results show that the addition of 0.6% Besmittel. Based on the test results, the use of bestmittel in concrete will increase the compressive strength of the concrete, speed up the concrete hardening process at a young age and have a significant influence on the compressive strength of the concrete.
