The Zaid bin Thabit Mosque is one of the mosques in Pekanbaru. Management of information in the mosque is carried out by the mosque administrator. However, the problem currently being faced is that there is no application that can manage information well, so information for the congregation is still not managed well and neatly. By creating a mosque information management application, it will be easier for mosque administrators to manage information and the congregation. can easily find out information about mosques anytime and anywhere. The application development method in research uses prototypes. The first step is to analyze application requirements, in the form of functional and non-functional requirements. Then carry out application design by creating wireframe models, wireflow, mockups and also application prototypes. The application uses a PostgreSQL database and uses the JavaScript programming language with the Express framework. Furthermore, application testing was carried out using the ISO 25010 standard with results from the functional suitability testing aspect running at 100%. performance efficiency gets 78% (mobile) and 96% (desktop) with a mobile speed index of 4.9 seconds and desktop 1.3 seconds, which means the web application is good. Reliability obtained successful results for tests carried out on 55 users (5 seconds) and 105 users (10 seconds). Usability with test results using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) obtained attractiveness results of 2.161, and efficiency of 1.967 obtained excellent (very good) results. while perspicuity 1.900, dependability 1.671, stimulation 1.425, and novelty 1.242 got good results. Security gets an A+ grade. Compatibility shows the results that the application can be run simultaneously with other applications. Maintainability gets an A rating with only 1 code smell, which indicates the application can be easily maintained. Portability can work very well on all browsers tested.
