Manajemen Bandwidth Menggunakan Metode Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) Dengan Queue Tree di PT. Globalriau Data Solusi

This study focuses on bandwidth management using the Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) method with Queue Tree at PT. Globalriau Data Solusi. In today's digital era, optimal internet service quality is crucial, especially for internet service providers (ISPs) striving to meet customer needs and satisfaction. This research aims to measure and analyze Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as Throughput, Packet Loss, and Delay using the Wireshark application, and to implement the PCQ and Queue Tree methods for more efficient bandwidth management. Surveys and tests were conducted over 5 days involving 60 customers of PT. Globalriau Data Solusi. The results indicate that the network quality before the implementation of the PCQ and Queue Tree methods was in the unsatisfactory category, with average QoS values of 1.49 in the morning, 1.34 in the afternoon, and 1.38 in the evening. After implementing the PCQ and Queue Tree methods, there was a significant improvement in service quality, with increased average QoS values showing enhancements in Throughput, Packet Loss, and Delay. This study concludes that the PCQ and Queue Tree methods are effective in improving bandwidth management and internet service quality at PT. Globalriau Data Solusi.
