Analisis Pembiayaan Sertifikasi Ispo Pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat Di Kabupaten Siak (Studi Kasus Gapoktan Manunggal Sakti)
ABSTRACT
Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) is a standard for sustainable palm oil plantations in Indonesia. Presidential Decree Number 44 of 2020 regulates that every company and independent smallholder in Indonesia must have ISPO certification no later than 2025. Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 38 of 2020 in article 53 states that growers can apply for assistance with ISPO certification costs. However, until 2023 there will be no clear amount of assistance costs for growers to process ISPO certification. This research aims to analyze the costs of ISPO certification at Gapoktan Manunggal Sakti. The research method used is a survey method by conducting direct interviews with respondents. The sample groups were chosen deliberately (purposive sampling), namely group one and group two with a total of 20 respondents. The data used in this research includes primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that to obtain ISPO certification the costs incurred by Gapoktan Manunggal Sakti are IDR Rp.182,343,000, resulting in IDR Rp.3,879,639 per grower, which is the total cost of training, mentoring, initial certification and GAP improvement.
