The cultivation of banana bread is carried out by the Tunas Sari Farmers Group, which consists of men, while the Tunas Sari Women Farmers Group operates. in the agro-industry sector by producing roti banana chips. There are several obstacles and problems faced by the Tunas Sari Farmers Group and the Tunas Sari Women Farmers Group. One of the obstacles faced by the Tunas Sari Farmers Group is the lack of permanent land for cultivating banana bread, which hampers the production process of banan chips. This research aims to calculate the income of banana bread farming, analyze the added value of the banana bread chips agro-industry, and formulate recommendations for developing banana bread farming and the banana bread chips agro-industry. The method used in this research is a case study approach. Data were analyzed using farming analysis, hayami method, and Force Field Analysis. The results of this research are that the income from banana bread farming is IDR 339,572 per year, indicating that this income is greater than the total costs incurred. The added value generated from each Kg of raw material for the original variant of banana bread chips is 53.47% or IDR 14,972 and the banana bread chips flavor variant is 56.21% or IDR 16,722. Development recommendations that can be implemented by livestock business actors are optimizing organic fertilization and seeking assistance from government agencies. Development recommendations that can be implemented by the banana bread chips agroindustry are optimizing equipment maintenance and better managing raw material supplies.
