This study aimed to analyze the communication network patterns that were formed among the planters, the actors involved, and their roles in the implementation of oil palm replanting in Empang Pandan Village, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. The sampling method used in this research involved non-probability sampling techniques, consisting of purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results of the research indicated that the communication network formed during replanting implementation showed a dominant hub pattern; the network structure in the form of a hub pattern was centralized. The roles identified in the formed communication network were star, opinion leader, and bridge. Individual-level communication network analysis aimed to identify actors as stars, actors suitable as information disseminators, and actors as communication controllers. The star actor in oil palm replanting was Agus Salim (AS): the chairman of the Pandan Jaya farmer group. The opinion leader actor was Agus Salim (AS). The bridge actors were Ma'ruf (M) and Suparno (SU). Actors with above-average interest and strength, or in quadrant II, were AS, M, SU, SO, and S. Furthermore, the communication network at the individual level, whether in terms of local centrality, global centrality, togetherness, and highest value connection, was held by actor AS.
