As time develops, with economic demands that men are unable to meet as household leaders and low husbands' incomes, wives/women also work to increase family income. In this case, it can be seen in the condition of rubber farm workers in Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, where housewives participate directly in terms of earning a living by rubber farming. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the characteristics of female farm workers; (2) analyze the allocation of working time of women farm workers; (3) analyze how much the income contribution of female farm workers is. This research was carried out in Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency using a survey method, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The sample in this study was taken as many as 30 respondents, this study used qualitative analysis, data analysis using mathematical equations to find out the time allocation of female farm workers and income analysis, by looking at the contribution to calculate total family income. The results of the study show that the allocation of time to earn a living in the productive field is 8.38 hours/day, in reproductive activities is 15.63 hours/day with a total average of productive and reproductive time outflow of 24.00 hours/day The percentage of contribution of wife's income in the increase in family income is 40.33 percent, This figure is quite high considering that women farm workers have other jobs (side jobs) to earn other income so that they can increase family income.
