Analisis Rantai Nilai Agroindustri Gula Aren di Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to (1) identify the value chain, (2) analyze the margin and efficiency of the value chain, (3) analyze costs, revenues and profits and (4) analyze the added value of palm sugar agroindustry in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents used was 6 respondents. Data analysis used is the value chain, cost, revenue and profit, margin and marketing efficiency and added value. The results showed that actors of the value chain of pure and mixed palm sugar agroindustry are raw material suppliers, palm sugar craftsmen, retail traders and end consumers. The total cost of pure palm sugar agroindustry is Rp. 118.729,54/production and mixed palm sugar is Rp. 449.426,57/production. The revenue received by pure palm sugar is Rp. 160.000/production and mixed palm sugar is Rp. 510.000/production. The profit of pure palm sugar is Rp. 41.270,46/production and mixed palm sugar is Rp. 60.573,43/production. The margin received by the pattern I value chain is Rp. 14.797,50 with an efficiency of 8,68% and the pattern II value chain margin is Rp. 18.959,09 with an efficiency of 8,70%. In the mixed palm sugar agroindustry, the pattern I value chain has a margin of Rp.6.000 with an efficiency of 12.23% and a pattern II value chain margin of Rp. 7.000 with an efficiency of 12.63%. The value added of pure palm sugar agroindustry is Rp. 2.456,39 with a ratio of 42,32%, and in mixed palm sugar agroindustry is Rp. 4.342,56 with a ratio of 22,08%.
