Research This aiming For analyze And evaluate effectiveness management finance village in the sub-district Explore Downstream , Regency Rokan Hulu, with focus on three village , namely Village Go Forward , Village Independent , and Village Developing . Approach study use method qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through interview in-depth , observation , and studies documentation .
Study This evaluate effectiveness management finance village in stages planning , implementation , administration , reporting , and accountability in accordance with applicable regulations . Respondents study is covering Head Village , Secretary Village , Head Affairs Finance , Head Affairs Planning And Chairman / Deputy Chairman Body Deliberation Village (BPD). In general overall , effectiveness Management Finance Villages in the District Explore Downstream Still need improved especially in aspect transparency , participation society , and capacity source Power man .
Results study This show that Government Villages in the District Explore Downstream has implement Management Finance Village although its implementation not optimal. Effectiveness management finance village Still limited Because various constraints , involvement public And figure village , low transparency in appointment of TPK, as well as Not yet existence compilation list risk , socialization that has not been maximum , low quality And quantity source Power human , communication that is not effective between stakeholders interests , and lack of participation community . Research suggestions This improvement capacity source Power man through training And guidance technical , communication between head village , BPD, and public harmonious village , involvement public in the process of taking decision .
