This study aims was ed to analyze the amount of income and added value of the mackerel fish cracker industry. The method used is a survey method by interviewing 10 owners of fish cracker processing businesses. The data analysis used is investment analysis, income, profit and added value. The results of the study show that the amount of production of Nurdiah Mackerel Fish Crackers shows that the income in May - September is quite high compared to other months. Namely in May IDR 22,800,000. In June IDR 21,360,000. In July IDR 23,280,000. In August the highest income is IDR 25,200,000. In September IDR 21,600,000. This is because this month is the fishing season which affects the large amount of production. With a total gross income for one year of IDR. 250,800,000. This fixed cost amounts to IDR 5,793,381. Fixed costs are obtained from depreciation costs plus maintenance costs. Total net profit is IDR 119,116,619. Net profit is obtained from revenue minus total costs. Judging from the business criteria, if TR > TC, then the business is said to be profitable. The added value of Nurdiah's Mackerel Fish Crackers product is IDR 165,900/kg which is obtained from the output value minus the price of raw materials and other input contributions with a percentage of added value, namely the result of added value divided by the output value multiplied by 100%.
