Pemanfaatan Waktu Dalam Novel Demi Masa Karya Musa Ismail

This research examines the use of time in the novel Masa by Musa
Ismail. This research uses an analytical description method which aims to
determine and analyze the time dimension in the novel Demi Masa by Musa
Ismail. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with
descriptive methods. This research aims to describe the concept of time and the
description of time by the characters in the novel Demi Masa by Musa Ismail. The
results of this research indicate that the concept of time is the most dominant form
in influencing the daily lives of the characters in the Novel Demi Masa by Musa
Ismail. Events in the form of words and sentences from characters in the Novel
Demi Masa by Musa Ismail which contain the concept of time. It was found that in
the concept of time the characters mostly discussed and remembered the time of
zahir (the natural world) where some of the characters used the time of zahir as
an opportunity to increase their activities of worship and charity to God and some
of them used the time of zahir as an opportunity to satisfy themselves in the world.
