Isolasi Dan Uji Biokimia Mikroalga Di Daerah Non Keramba Jaring Apung Waduk Koto Panjang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted from September to November 2023, using a survey method. The collected data was analysed descriptively. Primary data collection was carried out by field observation and laboratory analysis. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from sources such as books, journals, and the internet. The research results found that there were 21 species of microalgae from 4 classes. The most common type of microalgae is Oocystis sp. and Tetradesmus acuminatus. From the culture results on a laboratory scale, the peak phase is known, namely on day 8 for Oocystis sp., with a dry biomass weighing 0.84 g, and day 7 for Tetradesmus acuminatus, with a dry biomass weighing 0.42 g. Based on the proximate content for the Oocystis sp. are carbohydrates of 12.15%, protein of 14.36%, and fat of 5.25%. Meanwhile, for Tetradesmus acuminatus, carbohydrates are 5.4%, protein is 10.77%, and fat is 16.25%. Alkaloid, saponin, steroid, glycoside, and flavonoid content is found in the other two types of microalgae, the triterpenoid content is not found in these two microalgae.
