Rancang Bangun Platform Digital Sidesa Guna Memonitoring Informasi Dan Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat Desa Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking
In the current digital era, rural communities increasingly require digitalization to support various activities, particularly in communication and access to information. Rimba Makmur Village, located in Tapung Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, still relies on conventional communication methods that are less effective, such as verbal communication, paper-based leaflets, and limited social media platforms like Facebook and the village website. These conditions often result in inaccurate and poorly targeted information dissemination. This research aims to design and develop a digital platform as a solution to enhance the effectiveness of information dissemination and social interaction in Rimba Makmur Village using the Design Thinking approach, which consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This approach was designed to deeply understand the needs of the village community, identify core communication issues, and develop a digital platform prototype tailored to these needs. The results of the study show that the Design Thinking method is effective in designing the SIDESA Digital Platform interface, which consists of eleven main menus: log in, account registration, members, notifications, chats, announcements, gallery, homepage, marketplace, profile, and navigation. Each stage of Design Thinking successfully generated innovations aligned with user needs. Based on usability testing, user satisfaction reached 71.32%, categorized as "good" according to the measurement scale (66-85%), indicating that the platform successfully meets quality standards for users.
