Identifikasi Risiko Keterlambatan Pekerjaan Konstruksi Gedung Pada Gedung Integrated Laboratory Universitas Riau Berdasarkan Metode Frequency Index
ABSTRACT
The Physical Development Work Project CWR-01 AKSI ADB UNRI Integrated Laboratory Building at the end of the project in October 2023 had a progress of 61.483%, it should have been planned to be 100% so that there was a deviation of 38.517%, so it is necessary to identify the risk of delay. The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors for delay based on literature studies, determine the validation of risk factors for delay with Item-Level Content Validity Index (i-CVI), and analyze the validated risks using the Frequency Index (FI). Of the 45 risk identification factors for delay distributed to 8 respondents/experts, 11 risk identification factors were obtained that were validated using the i-CVI validity test. Risk Identification Factors for the delay are: incomplete or detailed design from the planner, frequent design errors and changes due to real conditions at the construction project site, unsynchronized drawing designs between structural, architectural and MEP drawings, differences in size between plan drawings and field conditions, lack of human resource availability, delays in ordering and delivery, delays in mobilization and demobilization, lack of communication and collaboration between teams that hamper work time, lack of coordination and communication between disciplines, delays in obtaining government permits and licenses, and bad weather. The FI method is used to determine risk identification factors with the highest frequency of occurrence for project delays. The three highest ranking sequences are delays in obtaining government permits and licenses (0.65), incomplete or detailed design from the planner (0.60), and delays in mobilization and demobilization (0.575).
