Rancangbangun Website Visualisasi Data Peta Tematik Berbasis Gis Dengan Metode Sdlc Di Bps Riau

ABSTRACT
The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Riau plays a crucial role in providing data for the government and society. However, the current data collection and information presentation system, which is still table-based, is considered ineffective in illustrating socio-economic conditions, particularly poverty. Additionally, the BPS Riau website has not fully met user expectations, with a satisfaction level of only 87.1%. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a poverty data visualization system based on thematic maps using a Geographic Information System (GIS) to make data more accessible and easier to understand. The system is developed using the SDLC Prototype method, employing Laravel 10 as the framework, MySQL as the database, Leaflet as the mapping library, and Visual Studio Code as the development environment. System testing using the ISO/IEC 25010 model produced excellent results, with Functionality Suitability reaching 100%, Reliability and Security receiving an A rating, and Maintainability showing no significant code issues. The system also demonstrates high performance efficiency, good compatibility and portability across various devices and browsers, and usability with an average score of 2.01 in the Excellent category.
