Analisis Biaya Dan Waktu Menggunakan Metode Earned Value Concept Pada Pembangunan Gedung Boat House And Marine Center Universitas Riau
ABSTRACT
In project implementation, it is essential for us to understand project performance to anticipate and monitor whether the project is progressing as planned. The purpose of this study is to calculate the performance index in terms of project cost and time, as well as to estimate the cost and time required to complete an ongoing project using the Earned Value Concept method. The results of this study show that BCWS = Rp18,155,826,785, BCWP = Rp17,769,828,559, and ACWP = Rp13,148,009,822. A CPI value greater than 1 and a positive CV (+) indicate that the actual cost incurred is less than the planned cost. From a scheduling perspective, the project is experiencing acceleration, as shown by an SPI value greater than 1 and a positive SV value (+). Thus, the estimated total cost at completion (EAC) is Rp13,433,612,378, which is Rp4,722,214,407 less than the project budget of Rp18,155,826,785. The estimated time for project completion (EAS) is 513 days, an acceleration of 18 days from the planned time of 531 days, indicating effective project management in line with the budget and schedule.
